Benjamin Some

The following information has been extracted from Alumni Cantabrigienses , the Clergy of the Church of England Database and Benjamin's last Will and Testament.

Benjamin Some entered Peterhouse College, Cambridge on 19 February 1620. He was awarded the degree of B.A. in 1628 and that of M.A. in 1632.

He was appointed Vicar of Shalbourne in Wiltshire on 28 April 1636, where he served until at least 1658.

Benjamin was collated to the Rectory of Thorley in 1662, and where he remained until his death in 1680.

His last Will and Testament, dated 14 February 1674, records that he left five Children, namely Benjamin, Anne, Elizabeth, John and Charles.
