Robert Glowceter

Very little is known about Robert Glowce(s)ter.

Robert is recorded in Newcourt's Repertorium as serving as the Rector of Thorley immediately after Thomas, Bishop of Pavada.

Thomas presumably resigned from Thorley when he was appointed to the Vicarage of Thorpe-le-Soken in Essex by Richard Hill, Bishop of London on 3 September 1495, and was then succeeded as Rector by Robert.

Robert resigned from Thorley sometime before 14 February 1502 when he himself was succeeded as Rector of the living by Ralph Wakefield.
